We create the sustainable energy system<\/h2>\n
Our vision is a holistically integrated energy system based 100 percent on renewable energy. <\/span>To this end <\/span>develop<\/span> and demonstrate<\/span> we<\/span> solutions for a sustainable energy future that is <\/span>also <\/span>can hold their own on the market.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/div>
Green Energy Lab is a research initiative for sustainable energy solutions<\/span>. <\/span>With the core regions of Vienna, Lower Austria, Burgenland and Styria, the Green Energy Lab has a test market of<\/span> five million <\/span>end consumers<\/span>:i<\/span>nnen<\/span> making it Austria’s largest innovation laboratory for a sustainable energy future<\/span>. The Green Energy Lab is <\/span>also <\/span>Part of the Austrian innovation offensive „Vorzeigeregion Energie“ of the Climate and Energy Fund.<\/span> By 2025, over 150 million euros will be invested in innovative projects as part of the Green Energy Lab.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

More than 3<\/span>5<\/span>0 <\/span>Companies and institutions<\/span>n <\/span>from research, business and the public sector <\/span>in the Green Energy Lab <\/span>Together with the four provincial energy suppliers Wien Energie, EVN, Burgenland Energie and Energie Steiermark, we are developing demand-oriented, scalable <\/span>Energy<\/span>solutions – from prototype to market maturity. <\/span>We advise<\/span> actors in the definition of their project idea, support them<\/span> in the search for partners for consortium formation, accompany them<\/span> during the project implementation and set <\/span>\u00a0focus on the market transition at the end of the project, when the project players become market players (solution providers, solution users, etc.). <\/span>Direct access to the core market of energy suppliers means that new developments can be tested immediately and on a large scale. The model solutions developed in our research projects serve as a blueprint for the energy transition and are based on technologies with a high degree of maturity and their integration into the energy system.
