Serial, multifunctional and climate-neutral building refurbishment by conditioning the building from an outer shell. The outer shell consists of prefabricated envelope elements, which should enable quick assembly and, in future, cost savings. The integration of ST and PV is planned, as is an interface to existing heating, cooling, ventilation and storage systems. Circularity in terms of the circular economy is also being investigated.
With a minimally invasive refurbishment, it is possible to reduce the energy requirements of existing buildings by over 80%.
There are synergies with the Green Energy Lab projects ‘Zukunftsquartier 2.0’ and ‘PnP Control TABS’.
