In the context of car-sharing fleets, business models are being developed that build on smart charging and vehicle-to-grid functionality and bring benefits to both vehicle users and the grid operator or other players on the electricity market. Based on identified use cases and the associated business models and regulatory framework conditions, a targeted consulting service is developed. This is intended to improve the economic and ecological benefits of electric vehicles in the context of a fleet.
The potential for replication is great, as all target groups will have to deal with the switch to e-mobility and new mobility offers in the coming years. Technical and regulatory hurdles still need to be overcome for many applications, and the consultation is also intended to help overcome these.
