The aim of this solution is to create an IT architecture for data access for energy strategy and planning. This significantly speeds up planning processes and minimizes investment costs.
As part of this solution, all data sources for energy planning were collected for the first time and combined in a database structure.
The database is used for the ENERGYatlas and the ENERGYapp as well as for other energy planning applications in the regions of Vienna, Styria and Salzburg.
