The aim of this solution is to integrate energy-related content from the heat, electricity and transport sectors into public administration planning processes.
In the course of this integration, the narrow limits in terms of resources and legal framework conditions are taken into account.
Taking into account energy-related issues, each province has established standard administrative processes in the areas of strategic planning and monitoring, urban and regional development and territorial development.
A transfer to other regions would be possible, taking into account the regional legal framework.
