The aim is to develop a concept for the grid-supporting integration of innovative positive energy districts with high levels of self-generation into the existing transmission grid infrastructure.
The relevant stakeholders, whose experience and expertise can be drawn on, are comprehensively involved.
The concept is developed for dense urban areas. The planning principles for positive energy districts are supplemented by grid-supporting aspects for both the electrical and the thermal grid. In addition, development in this step is limited to new development areas.
